Changing my way of thinking....


Hello everyone, first I would like to say I'm very excited about following this blog. I hope this blog will be motivational as well as inspirational. I'm in the process of changing my way of thinking in order to pursue my fitness goals. Becoming fit is always a thought, as I move into the more "mature" age category I want to take care of myself .. mind, body, and soul. Everyday stresses or time restrictions of life are the root of my poor eating habits. I am focused on making time for simple things like a daily breakfast, incorporating more water into my diet (presently water is non-existing), and cooking healthier foods for dinner. My fitness goal is to become stronger, healthier and add a little muscle. Wish me luck and let's keep one another motivated...
