As women, most of us have struggled with our self image; primarily with weight issues. This blog was created by regular women (i.e. no body builders, swimsuit models, or aerobics instructors) as an online support group to assist in our journey to become fit for life. We are women of all ages, body types, fitness experiences, etc. We will candidly share with you our successes, failures, as well as fitness and nutrition tips. We hope that by sharing with you our personal experiences, that you as a reader will also become inspired to love yourself, become healthy, and make fitness apart of your life.
